Purpose of consultation

Adult Protection Committee Self-Evaluation Questionnaire.

Fife Adult Protection Committee (APC) is a statutory partnership which includes Fife Council Social Work Service, Police Scotland (P Division) and NHS Fife. It includes wider representation from Housing and Neighbourhood Services,  Scottish Fire Service, not-for-profit and private care provider sector and carer and service user representation.  The APC  aims to ensure the provision of support and protection to adults at risk of harm in Fife, enabling them to live safe, healthy and fulfilling lives within their community.

The Committee recognises the importance of self-evaluation as a crucial part of its on-going cycle of review and planning.  This questionnaire has been designed to be an important tool in this process, and it will play a key role in helping the membership to focus activity where it matters most.
