Disabled Parking in Council Car Parks

The Disabled Persons' Parking Places Act means that Local Authorities throughout Scotland have a duty to maintain a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) which will allow disabled bays to be legally enforceable.
 

The TRO is now in place and all signed disabled bays within Fife Council public car parks are enforceable in order to protect these spaces for blue badge holders. Anyone wishing to use these parking bays should ensire they display their blue badge and follow the guidelines associated with it.
