Stray dogs

Stray dogs are caught and removed to a licensed kennel.  If your dog is lost and you think that it may have been uplifted by us, you can contact us or the kennels directly on the telephone numbers provided.

Note: You can also telephone your local Police Station who may be able to help.

There will be a charge for the return of your pet if it's recovered within one week of uplift. Any dog kept for more than one week (7 days) becomes the property of the kennel owner, who then has the right to sell it.

The kennels can be contacted on the numbers shown:

 Langdyke Boarding Kennels, Nr Kennoway,KY8 5SQ  Tel:  01333 353546

There is a charge of £65.18 (plus daily kennel costs) to recover your dog from the kennel and costs will vary depending on which kennel your dog is being kept at.  You will also need to pay any vet treatments required by your dog.
