The council is here to provide a huge range of public services for the people of Fife. Demand for services is going up and funding is going down. But we still want to improve our services and we’re working to:

  • find ways to improve performance and customer service
  • make it quicker and easier for you to deal with us
  • gather more feedback from you and use it to plan improvements
  • let you know about changes and improvements as they’re made
