Employees Performance Management

Managing the performance and contributions of our employees are key elements in supporting and enabling the delivery of excellent services. We wish to be sure that employees are clear on their role and their work-related objectives, and are acknowledged for the great work they do. We also wish to ensure that employees who are not performing fully effective are supported and managed in a fair and consistent way to encourage the necessary improvement in performance.
