Parkour (Free Running Club)

free running Balwearie High Community Use in Kirkcaldy offers Freerunning classes for young people aged 8 to 15 years and for Adults aged 16+ on Wednesday evenings.

What is Freerunning / Parkour? It involves the art of moving through the environment effectively whilst expressing ones self through various fundamental movements such as; vaults, rolls, jumps, climbs, strides, etc. These classes run every Wednesday.The first session is for Age 8 - 15 yrs and runs from 5.30pm to 7.00pm. The second session is for Adults Age 16+ and runs from 7.00pm to 9.00pm.

The classes are open to anyone over 8 years old and for all levels, so whether you're new to the sport or a well practised freerunner, we offer challenges and fun for all.

Due to limited numbers in the class there may be a waiting list in place.
