Free Running Club

free running Balwearie High Community Use in Kirkcaldy offers Freerunning classes for young people aged 8 years & over on Wednesday evenings.

What is Freerunning? It involves the art of moving through the environment in an effective way while expressing ones self through various fundamental movements such as; vaults, rolls, jumps, climbs, strides, etc. Fife Parkour Coaching run these classes every Wednesday from 6:00 pm (8 yrs +). The first session is for beginners and the 7:30 session is for intermediate/advance level (12 yrs +).
The classes are open to anyone over 8 years old and for all levels, so whether you're new to the sport or a well practised freerunner, we offer challenges and fun for all.

Due to limited numbers in the class there may be a waiting list in place.
