Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga with Lesley and Diane Yin Yoga is a static relaxed type of yoga that is designed to stretch your fascia, ligaments and increase your range of motion in your joints. Breathing is a big part of this type of yoga to allow you to hold the stretches for longer (holds can be held from 2 - 20 minutes graduating up as your practise increases). The idea is to set your intention of what you want to focus on at each class and pay attention to achieving that.
