Digital Photography for Beginners

digital camera Beginners - Mondays - 6.30 - 8pm (starts 13th May for 7 weeks) or Tuesdays (Starts 7th May for 8 weeks) 6.30 - 8pm. This course enables participants to develop skills in using a digital camera. It is designed for participants with low-level knowledge of photography.

They will gain the basic skills and knowledge that will enable them to take good photographs and the computer software to store, manipulate and print from a PC.

Intermediate Level - Tuesdays 8.00 - 9pm (starts 7th May for 8 weeks) - This course enables participants to learn the intermediate skills required in digital photography which will include how to take photographs, downloading their images onto a computer, how to manipulate and enhance images, archiving and printing.

The students will be introduced to the use of visual language using a wide variety of photographic media and techniques. This will include: traditional SLR photography, digital photography, darkroom practice, studio techniques, location techniques, image manipulation and computer applications.
